Brief:  Sophisticated, contemporary, large home with multiple living zones

A new 2-storey dwelling, set on a steep north-facing slope, with sandstone rock shelves and bordering a national park on the northern boundary. 

An existing dwelling was demolished, but the pool was retained. 

Open planned living spaces were located on the entry level (top floor), with bedrooms and a rumpus room on the lower level, opening to the pool and northern rock shelves.
